Head  Coach - Bec Ungermann

  • Bachelor of Applied Science - Podiatry
  • Level 1 - Triathlon & Swimming
  • Level 2 - Athletics
  • Level 1 & 2 - Indoor Cycling
  • Current - First Aid, CPR, Bronze Medallion & Blue Card
  • Currenlty undertaking Level 2 Triathlon Coaching course.

Bec has been training and competing in the sport of triathlons for 15years. Bec has herself represented Australia at two World Age Group Championships in Olympic Distance events. She has also won international sprint distance events in open categories and raced at National School aged events.

Bec has worked in conjunction with Triathlon Qld in providing unique training and triathlon workshops in rural Qld Communities including Mackay, Cloncurry and Julia Creek.

Bec is currenlty training for her 3rd Australian representation; competing in Oklahoma for the 2016 World Age Group Long Course Triathlon Championships.

Assistant Coach - Danny Ungermann

Coach Dan fell into the sport of triathlon, after making the mistake of falling for Coach Bec.

Danny is a weekend warrior and enjoys the occasional Bribie Tri. Danny is all about getting out there and having ago no matter what your age, size, ability or disability. 

Dan's background is in Junior Soccer Coaching and Umpiring. He brings lots of energy and fun into the skills, drills and games aspects of triathlon development.
